Why values are important?
Our values inform our thoughts, words and actions. Our values are important due
to the fact they help us to grow and develop. They help us to create the future
we desire to experience. Values such as fairness, kindness and responsibility
for others need to be an essential part of a student's self or identity. We
need to assist our students not only recognize values but strengthen a deep
dedication to values.
Character really matters
more than competence, because it is the ‘right stuff’ that students need to
develop in order to survive and succeed in their lives. We labor to teach
students this because it is always what’s inside that count. Moral values are
essential in life because: If a individual has in no way realized about moral
values then how can he/she figure out between the good and the bad. Moral
values mirror an individual's personality and spirituality. They help in
constructing appropriate relationships in personal as well as professional
lives.
