As I observed my resource teacher I saw that
she is Progessivists because she favors to instruct students in a way that has some simple instruction, but
that additionally gives students room to develop and enlarge on their own. For
her team work is the key to having a successful class and is something she
value, particularly with older students. She feel it is really helpful for students
to once in a while work for the answer alternatively than being instructed
because it stretches their knowledge and teaches them how to find information
in a variety of ways. She also feel that a key to success is for the class to work
on tasks to help others.
As an educator, it is essential not only to
assist the students that you are teaching, but also provide them direction to
