of teaching
Being a teacher doesn’t mean that
once did your lesson plan you are already able to teach. Teaching has many factors, considering the
elements of teaching.
The first element of teaching that
was shown by my resource teacher was her different approaches in every section,
because learners have different learning styles. Because for her, knowing the
learning styles of her students is one way to help them succeed and meet the particular
goals in their lesson. Next is the content knowledge, my resource teacher have
a deep knowledge of the subject that she teaches. And I saw that there’s a
proof that it has a great impact on student outcomes. And she showed us how she
implements classroom management. And lastly, the quality of instruction she is
used in effective questioning and use of assessment. Even though the school doesn’t
have conducive classrooms, my resource teacher still meets her expected
outcomes.
